Wesley Weekend 2019

We hope that you will put this date on your calendar and join us for a great weekend of fellowship, worship, and lots of food!  This weekend is for Alumni, Students, and Parents of both to share in the joys of the ministry of Wesley past and present!  It is always fun to reminisce, connect, and hear about the amazing things happening now.

Spring Game Tailgate Lunch

12:00 PM –Tailgate style lunch. On the menu is smoked chicken, pulled pork BBQ, (chicken tenders for kids), macaroni and cheese, tossed salad, and cole slaw. We will have iced tea, lemonade, and chocolate cake. The cost is $16.00 for adults, $8.00 for children ages 3-11 (maximum $45.00 per family) and free for students and children 2 & under. We will hold the lunch at Wesley.  RSVP by Saturday, April 15th.  Feel free to reply to assistant.wesley@gmail.com with an electronic RSVP (if you choose to pay when you arrive for lunch).

7:00 PM – concert in the auditorium.  Cookies will be served after the concert in the MPR.  Children are welcome to attend, but if you feel you need childcare we can provide.  Please just let us know ahead of time.
