Could you please explain to me why Lyft requires background checks as a requirement for employment? I don't see why someone needs to view my whole past in order for me to be a driver. I tried to apply for a job at Lyft, but the background check resulted in my application being denied. I have no idea what to do now because no one will hire me even if Lyft doesn't in a position where no experience is required.

You interact with individuals on a daily basis as an employee of Lyft. Ordinary folks who use the company's services may be at danger from someone with a significant criminal history. Furthermore, a negative individual past can harm not just the business's brand and assets but also its relationships with clients and staff. I advise you to get a copy of the report from Lyft if you were not approved for the background check. Examine thoroughly, since applications may occasionally be rejected owing to inaccurate information in the report or fraudulent criminal histories.
